Acceptable Use Policy
Terms and conditions governing the use of the Jets & Partners Booking API.

1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your access to and use of the Jets & Partners Booking API ("API"). By accessing or using the API, you agree to comply with this Policy. The API is designed exclusively for:
- Searching and booking private aviation services
- Managing flight reservations and passenger information
- Accessing aircraft availability and pricing data
- Integration with authorized travel management platforms
2. Authorized Use
You may use the API only for the following authorized purposes:
Permitted Activities
- Searching for available flights and aircraft
- Retrieving pricing quotes for legitimate booking inquiries
- Creating, managing, and confirming flight bookings
- Accessing your account information and usage statistics
- Integrating the API into your authorized booking platform
- Retrieving airport and aircraft reference data
- Building customer-facing applications for flight booking
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate API access revocation:
Data Misuse
- Scraping, harvesting, or bulk extraction of API data
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing API data with unauthorized parties
- Using data for competitive intelligence or market analysis
- Storing operator or client data beyond what is necessary for transactions
- Creating databases of pricing, availability, or operator information
- Reverse engineering pricing algorithms or business logic
Security Violations
- Attempting to access data belonging to other API clients
- Circumventing rate limits or authentication mechanisms
- Probing for security vulnerabilities or performing penetration testing
- Sharing API keys or credentials with unauthorized users
- Using compromised or stolen API keys
- Attempting SQL injection, XSS, or other attack vectors
Fraudulent Activities
- Submitting fake or test bookings without authorization
- Creating fictitious client or passenger information
- Manipulating pricing or availability data
- Impersonating other clients or operators
- Using the API for money laundering or illegal transactions
System Abuse
- Generating excessive requests to disrupt service (DoS attacks)
- Automated requests that exceed reasonable usage patterns
- Using the API from sanctioned countries or jurisdictions
- Interfering with other users' access to the API
- Using bots or automated tools for unauthorized purposes
4. Data Protection Requirements
When handling data obtained through the API, you must:
Secure Storage
Encrypt all stored data and implement appropriate access controls.
Data Minimization
Only store data necessary for completing transactions.
Retention Limits
Delete transaction data within 90 days unless legally required.
No Third-Party Sharing
Never share client or operator data with unauthorized parties.
5. Rate Limits and Fair Use
To ensure fair access for all API users:

Exceeding rate limits will result in 429 Too Many Requests responses. Persistent abuse may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
6. Confidentiality
All information obtained through the API is considered confidential, including but not limited to:
- Operator pricing and availability data
- Client and passenger personal information
- Aircraft specifications and positioning
- Booking details and itineraries
- Empty leg availability and pricing
7. No Warranty & Data Consistency
The API is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Jets & Partners makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data returned by the API
- The consistency of API response formats, which may change without prior notice
- The availability or uptime of the API service
- The timeliness or currency of pricing, availability, or flight information
- The compatibility of the API with your systems or applications
8. API Key Restrictions & Resale Prohibition
Your API keys are strictly personal and non-transferable. The following restrictions apply:
Prohibited Key Usage
- Sharing API keys with any third party, business, or individual
- Transferring API keys to another company, organization, or person
- Using API keys on behalf of or for the benefit of unauthorized parties
- Embedding API keys in publicly accessible code or repositories
- Using a single API key across multiple unrelated applications or businesses
Resale & Redistribution Prohibition
- It is strictly prohibited by contract to resell the API or any access to it, whether for profit or free of charge
- You may not offer the API as a service to third parties
- You may not create derivative APIs or services based on Jets & Partners data
- You may not sublicense, lease, or rent API access to others
- You may not act as an intermediary providing API access to unauthorized parties
- White-labeling or rebranding the API for third-party use is prohibited without explicit written authorization
9. Compliance Requirements
You must ensure your use of the API complies with:
- GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation (EU)
- CCPA - California Consumer Privacy Act
- PCI-DSS - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (if processing payments)
- Aviation Regulations - Applicable national and international aviation laws
- AML/KYC - Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer requirements
10. Monitoring and Enforcement
Jets & Partners reserves the right to:
- Monitor API usage for compliance with this Policy
- Investigate suspected violations
- Suspend or terminate access without notice for violations
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities
- Pursue legal remedies for damages caused by Policy violations
Warning
First violation: Written warning and guidance
Temporary Suspension
Second violation: 7-day API access suspension
Permanent Revocation
Third violation: Permanent access termination
11. Liability and Indemnification
By using the API, you agree to:
- Indemnify Jets & Partners against claims arising from your API usage
- Accept liability for damages caused by Policy violations
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your operations
- Immediately notify us of any security incidents affecting API data
12. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it immediately:

13. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. We will notify registered API users of significant changes via email.

By using the Jets & Partners Booking API, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Acceptable Use Policy.
