Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get an API key?

Contact us at hello@jets.partners with your company name, intended use case, and expected request volume. Our team will review your request and provision API access.

What are the rate limits?

Default rate limits are:

  • 60 requests per minute
  • 1,000 requests per hour
  • 10,000 requests per day

Contact us if you need higher limits for your use case.

Is there a sandbox/test environment?

Yes, we provide a sandbox environment for testing. Request sandbox access when you contact us for API keys. Sandbox requests don't affect real bookings or availability.

What currencies are supported?

Pricing is returned in USD by default. Contact us to discuss multi-currency support for your integration.

How do I handle booking confirmations?

After creating a booking, use the POST /v1/bookings/:id/confirm endpoint to confirm. We recommend setting up webhooks to receive real-time booking status updates.

What happens if my API key is compromised?

Contact us immediately at hello@jets.partners. We'll revoke the compromised key and issue a new one. Never share your API key publicly.

Do you provide SDKs or client libraries?

We're working on official SDKs. Currently, you can use any HTTP client in your preferred language. Our REST API uses standard JSON requests/responses.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Send details to hello@jets.partners. For bugs, include the request_id from your error response, the full request (excluding your API key), and steps to reproduce.
